As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement at Stellantis Financial Services. You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing process enhancements that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate cross-functional teams in process improvement projects using Kaizen, Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Lead the Process Engineering Framework roadmap, including routines, standards and enterprise process management system.
Lead the enterprise process management system implementation including but not limited to, enterprise process taxonomy, process migration and training.
Partner with various departments, including operations, compliance, IT, and customer service, to understand challenges and develop solutions.
Ensure processes comply with financial regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to identify controls and mitigate potential risks.
Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Work closely with IT to integrate technology into process improvement initiatives.

Process management experience in Operations, Finance or Regulatory.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.

Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification preferred), and other process improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in process modeling tools and technology platforms (e.g., Travel 0-10% as required on an as needed basis.
Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), and Design Thinking certifications strongly desired.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Proven experience facilitating process improvement events, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence.

This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed.
