We are without a doubt one of the most premier retirement communities and is a dream come true for an experienced server. At a Watermark Community our server does so much more than what the title reflects. We are looking to meet people who agree that the servers and the service they provide to our residents is one of the most important components of their dining experience! We are currently looking to hire people who want to make a positive impact on our dining service program. Our servers will not only have the opportunity to provide an extraordinary dining experience but will also have time to develop meaningful relationships with our residents.

Must be available to work a mix of weekends and holidays, these are peak times for our residents
Ability to work in a fast-paced formal dining room, providing consistent elevated service even without the inclusion of tips
Ability to follow standards even when no one is watching, demonstrating reliable and consistent performance
