Sales Estimator (Full Time)

Job Description

Truelove Services is looking to hire a Sales Estimator to our team. We are looking for someone with sales or job estimating experience. Preferably prior work experiences in lawn care, landscaping, and/or tree work. This is not a requirement, but an added benefit to understanding the work being done. This position will be talking with customers daily, visiting job sites and communicating with our crews to preform the best possible job. We offer a wide range of services that this position will be selling - tree work, landscaping work mowing/fertilizer, snow and salting services and more.

This will be a full time year around job. Base salary of $550/week, and 2% commission on sales minus expenses. $15,000 weekly sales minimum to earn commission. We expect a motivated professional individual to be able to sell on average of $20-$30,000 a week in sales with the potential of much more on good/busy weeks. Bonus based on production.

This position would require the use of their own vehicle. A $50 weekly fuel/vehicle reimbursement will be on each check. Reliable and presentable transportation is required.

All sales commissions will be paid out when jobs are completed. An optional draw can be offered in the first few weeks to offset pay till commissions become available.
