Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Preschool Toddler Teacher to support our 12‑month to 24‑month classroom at our premier preschool in McKinney, TX. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious, experienced preschool teacher who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering excellence in early childhood education.

Hours: 9:30 - 6:30 PM | Full Time | Monday‑Friday

Pay Range: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour (Depending on experience and education)

Positively influence peers to work toward and meet the school’s vision of excellence. Provide and maintain quality education programs. Ensure successful implementation of approved curriculum.

Maintain compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements, as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and internal policies and procedures.

Enthusiastic about developing life‑long learners, genuinely care about children, and possess sensitivity and knowledge to understand a child’s individual needs while fostering an inclusive classroom.

Relationship Building: Work collaboratively with a talented team of diverse educators and administrators. Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with families, students, and the school community.

Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification is preferred.

At least 6 months of experience working in a licensed childcare facility is preferred.

Open to driving a mini‑bus/van.
