The Company is seeking a Regional Dean of Academic Affairs to ensure the delivery of high-quality academic programs across its U.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining academic standards, supporting faculty and staff, and driving student success. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between enterprise academic strategy and campus-level execution, with a focus on retention, student experience, and academic outcomes. The Regional Dean will be directly accountable for a range of academic metrics, including retention rates, program completion, and career placement, and will be empowered to take corrective action as necessary.
Applicants for the Regional Dean of Academic Affairs position at the company should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5-7 years' progressive leadership experience in academic affairs within higher education. The role requires a proven track record in supporting or leading academic operations across multiple campuses, as well as experience in implementing retention frameworks, managing faculty performance, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
