Managing Immigration Paralegal

Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced NIV Immigration Paralegal to join our team. In this essential role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our services, directly supporting our attorneys in delivering exceptional client service and upholding our commitment to excellence. The Immigration Paralegal provides quality and specialized document preparation and has extensive client contact and works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented Immigration Department. This is a cohesive team which is well-managed and well-organized with secretarial and clerical support.

Must have 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm environment.

Experience in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications.

Knowledge of preparing RFE responses and/or PERM audit responses.

Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system.

Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills and will value attention to detail.

The hourly rate range for this position is $33.64 - $42.04. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
