Teller-Temporary-Full Time/Part Time

Welcome members into the branch and provide friendly, helpful service that promotes a positive financial well-being. Responsible for meeting established Credit Union and Branch goals for internal and external sales to existing and potential members. Build rapport with members to cross-sell financial products and services that deepen relationships and fosters branch growth while adhering to credit union policy and procedures. Accurately and efficiently process a variety of routine financial inquiries, transactions, and service requests. Secure credit union assets, balance transactions, and complete necessary reports.

3-4 weekday shifts and every Saturday. These shifts would be 8:15am - 4:45pm, 8:45am - 5:15pm, or 9:15am - 5:45pm during the week, and Saturdays from 8:45am - 1:15pm, at our Fridley branch location; High school diploma or equivalent (or in active pursuit of with a specified end date).

One year of experience interacting with the public or serving customers.

One year of cash handling experience, preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people.

The salary range for this position is $18.00 to $19.75 per hour. Health insurance with the ability to choose which plan option is best for you - a Traditional Health Plan or Health Savings Plan.
