Overview Heart to Heart NJ is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to lead and oversee the delivery, coordination, and quality of all agency training programs. Working under the Director of Leadership & Development, you will mentor training staff, drive curriculum development, ensure training compliance across all regions, and champion a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization.
Qualifications High school diploma required; 1+ year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (2-3 years preferred)
Strong data management, reporting, and organizational skills
Ability to coach, mentor, and support training staff
Responsibilities Lead and oversee delivery of all agency training programs, including New Hire Orientation, Annual Training, Kevin Walsh Crisis Management, UKERU, and PANE
Coach and mentor Training Specialists, Site Trainers, and instructional staff
Track, analyze, and report training data to drive compliance and strategy
Facilitate New Hire Orientation and other required training sessions
Coordinate training schedules and provide regional coverage across all service areas
Ensure regulatory compliance with DDD and internal training requirements
Maintain training records, certifications, and attendance documentation
Partner with Compliance and HR on certification renewals and reporting
