As a Line Cook in the accommodation and food services industry, you will play a critical role in preparing high-quality meals that meet our establishment's standards and delight our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards. This role demands adaptability to a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute directly to the overall dining experience and customer satisfaction.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Culinary school certification or formal culinary training.

Experience with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations and equipment.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service during operating hours.

Monitor food quality and portion sizes to minimize waste and ensure consistency.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
