Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with Telemetry experience for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. The competent nurse will practice independently within a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care for patients. This role requires an RN who can manage long-range goals, cope with clinical contingencies, and make appropriate assignments.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness
Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

BLS certification required from AHA
ACLS certification required from AHA
RN License in state of employment or compact
One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
