We’re hiring junior -level recruiters who are motivated to build a career in recruiting and sales. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment .

This role is onsite four days per week in our Rockville Centre, Long Island office.

You’ll support national searches with a high concentration of roles in New York City’s tech market — giving you exposure to some of the most competitive and dynamic hiring environments in the country.

Master the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and outreach to closing offers

Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify top candidates

Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate outreach messages

Keep recruiting pipelines and candidate data organized in the ATS

No recruiting experience required — backgrounds in sales, business, customer service, or communications are a plus
