Talent Acquisition Specialist – Healthcare RecruitingNassau & Suffolk Counties, NY | Full-Time | $70,000–$80,000/yearJoin Affirmed Home Care's Growing Recruitment TeamAffirmed Home Care is a private-pay concierge home care agency providing high-quality, personalized care to clients throughout New York.We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team and help us identify, attract, and hire exceptional healthcare professionals.This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, relationship building, candidate sourcing, and community outreach and wants to play an important role in growing a healthcare organization.Position OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Home Health Aides (HHAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding, and helping ensure we have the right caregivers available to meet our clients' needs.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, source, interview, and hire HHAs, LPNs, and RNsManage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach through onboardingCreate, maintain, and optimize job postings across multiple recruiting platformsProactively source candidates through Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreachConduct phone screens and interviews to identify qualified candidatesMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring processGuide new hires through onboarding and collect required employment documentationEnsure recruiting activities follow New York State requirements and Affirmed Home Care hiring standardsAttend and represent Affirmed Home Care at job fairs, career fairs, schools, community events, and other recruiting eventsBuild relationships with community organizations and local talent sourcesAssist with new-hire orientation and help provide a positive candidate experiencePromote employee referral programs and other recruiting initiativesTrack recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring resultsMeet weekly recruiting and hiring goals while maintaining high candidate qualityQualificationsAssociate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, or a related fieldExperience recruiting HHAs, LPNs, and RNs requiredStrong experience with candidate sourcing and outbound recruitingExperience using job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach to identify candidatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, based on experienceBenefits include:Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchCareer Growth & Advancement OpportunitiesSupportive and Collaborative Team EnvironmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and caregiversWhy Join Affirmed Home Care?At Affirmed Home Care, our recruiters are an important part of our ability to provide exceptional care to our clients.
