BUYER I - PURCHASING & WAREHOUSING

We are working with a manufacturing company who is looking for a purchasing coordinator with hands on experience to join their busy team.

Coordinate purchasing activities from order placement through delivery

Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries

Maintain accurate vendor, item, pricing, and purchasing information in NetSuite

Review purchasing documentation for accuracy

Assist with inventory and material availability tracking

Coordinate with operations, warehouse, accounting, and other internal departments

Resolve discrepancies involving purchase orders, invoices, quantities, or deliveries

Maintain organized purchasing records and documentation

Assist the purchasing team with reporting and other administrative responsibilities

2+ years of purchasing/procurement experience
