Cashier/Receptionist - Weekends

We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist / Cashier to join our Service team. This pivotal role involves processing payments for services rendered, answering client inquiries, booking appointments, following up with customers, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure the smooth operation of our Service department.
As the first point of contact for our customers, this position requires someone who is articulate, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are looking for a dedicated professional who enjoys helping others, excels at multitasking, and is eager to be a key contributor to our team's success.
Deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Answer incoming calls to the Service department, assist customers with scheduling appointments, and ensure proper follow-up. Confirm all relevant customer details (name, phone number, VIN, mileage, etc.) Close out repair orders and ensure that all transactions are properly documented.
Oversee daily deposits and maintain a balanced cash management system. Ensure accurate cash handling and secure processing of financial transactions.
Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, providing assistance with any inquiries. Conduct follow-up calls to customers to confirm service details, gather feedback, and provide updates on their service requests.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service or cashier experience is preferred. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus.
Basic computer skills are required. Familiarity with scheduling software and cash management systems is an advantage.
Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, as bilingual communication skills are a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle customer concerns calmly and efficiently.
This full-time position requires flexibility to work weekdays and some weekend shifts.
