This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. Position Will Interact With Internal And External Contacts On Global Portfolio, Pricing Strategies, Business Development Opportunities, Promotions And Distribution Of These Product Lines. Leading cross‑functional teams in the development and execution of new programs, products and line extensions

Conducting product portfolio analysis and providing specific recommendations for the product line

Analyzing customer profitability and recommending changes

Developing sales and marketing programs to achieve business unit sales objectives

Partnering with sales personnel and shopper marketers to develop customer specific marketing programs

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Seven (7) years of marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

MBA or Master's degree in Marketing (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

Knowledge and experience with the theories and practices of one or more disciplines such as: market research, channel marketing, business/market development, branding, new product development, marketing communications or sales

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international

Relocation: May be authorized

H1B status).
