Zion Animal Clinic is looking for a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Janesville, Wisconsin. • Receive training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities

• Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
• Coordinate communication between clients and the veterinary team
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting room
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every client and patient
• Support daily hospital operations and efficient patient flow

Previous receptionist or customer service experience

• Veterinary experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer proficiency
• A compassionate attitude and comfort working around animals
• A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
