THE WORKIntegration & Test Engineers collaborate with the Software Engineering and Systems Engineering teams to design and execute automated software testing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess, or be willing to develop, expertise in testing integrated hardware systems. Working in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional product team, the candidate will be responsible for performing tasks that require strong collaboration and communication skills. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively interact with and present to various stakeholders, including internal leadership, external customers, and cross-functional teams. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
