Senior Legal Counsel - Fully Remote

To support a dynamic business environment, the full-time Senior Legal Counsel will advise on product design and regulatory compliance across crypto, web3, fintech, and payments, while working remotely and navigating multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
Advise product and business teams on the design, structuring, and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
Produce clear regulatory analysis on various classifications and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders
Track regulatory developments and embed compliance into product design, including reviewing marketing materials for regulatory adherence
Required qualifications
Qualified lawyer with 4 to 7 years PQE, preferably in-house, with experience in advising crypto or web3 businesses
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to crypto, web3, fintech, or financial services
Experience with financial promotions and advertising regulation as it relates to financial or crypto products
Familiarity with trading, brokerage, or market infrastructure regulations
Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
