Job Summary Full‑time SERVER positions at Marcel, located at 945 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10021. Online applications only.

Location and Schedule Location: 945 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10021. Full‑time schedules; open availability preferred, days and hours may vary. Details provided during interview.

Compensation Fixed pay rate: $11.35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities Promptly and warmly greet guests, take food and beverage orders efficiently, and follow established steps of service.

Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards.

Understand menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets; advise guests accordingly.

Coordinate with back‑of‑house staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Generate and process tickets, ensuring proper cash‑handling procedures.

Promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment.

Address complaints promptly and communicate relevant information to supervisors.

Set up and clean dining areas, meeting sanitation standards.

Operate kitchen equipment as required.

Assist during special events and functions.

Qualifications Prior upscale serving experience required.

Experience in a high‑volume fine‑dining environment.

Knowledge of kitchen standards, procedures, and sanitation guidelines.

Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

Ability to work flexible and patient with guests and staff.
