Are you confident on the phone, competitive, hungry to succeed and motivated by making money?

We are looking for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency.

You do NOT need previous insurance sales experience. We can teach you insurance and provide the training and study materials you need to get licensed.

If you are someone who likes to compete, wants to improve, takes coaching well and wants your income to grow based on your performance, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Make outbound follow up calls to prospects

Foster and maintain excellent relationships with prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.

Build rapport and Present proposal to potential customers

Explain coverage and value

Ask for the sale and close new business

Maintain an organized sales pipeline

Look for additional household opportunities and referrals

Maintain accurate notes and customer information in our systems

Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.

Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education and keep informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.

Work as part of a competitive and supportive sales team!

Qualifications:

Texas General Lines Property & Casualty and Life License

Confident and professional communication skills

Comfortable asking for the sale

Competitive and motivated by goals

Strong work ethic and self motivation

Coachable and willing to learn

Able to stay productive during slower periods

Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities

Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships.

Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete assignments without supervision.

Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.
