This opportunity offers an established patient base, dependable operating room access, and the support of a collaborative orthopedic team that values efficiency and surgeon autonomy.

You’ll build a hand-focused practice within a hospital-employed model designed for long-term sustainability. The role features a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical and administrative support, and the flexibility to shape your career. Practice exclusive orthopedic hand surgery aside from general departmental call

• 7-figure base compensation ($1,000,000+), plus signing bonus and relocation assistance
• Dedicated physician assistant and experienced clinical support staff
• Join the UHS Orthopedic Center which includes nine physicians and 18 orthopedic APPs
• Level II Trauma Center coverage with shared call rotation
• Optional academic affiliation and teaching involvement
