Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions.

• Guide technical selection of enterprise-wide standardized applications.
• Lead management of enterprise applications and associated infrastructure.
• Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization.
• Ensure that new technology solutions are optimally designed and integrated.
• Promote the following qualities in all solutions; hiring, performance management, and termination. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
