Remote HVAC Service Dispatcher - Full Time

Mechanical Concepts LLC seeks an organized, dependable HVAC Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily activities of our field service team. The role serves as the link between the office, technicians, customers, and vendors.

Receive and respond to customer inquiries and service requests

Dispatch and schedule field technicians based on priority and availability

Coordinate preventive maintenance, service calls, repairs, and equipment startups

Communicate job status and requirements with customers, technicians, and vendors

Order materials for jobs as needed

Monitor service issues and ensure timely resolution

Invoice completed service calls and jobs

HVAC dispatching experience preferred; strong office experience considered

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Full-time, non-exempt position

Paid bi-weekly, with overtime as needed

Health insurance (50% company-paid for employee or family; Long-term disability coverage (60% of salary; 20,000 company-paid life insurance (after 90 days)

Full-time, in-office position in the Metairie / New Orleans area. Remote work only during weather events or illness.
