(PRN) RN - Evening/Weekend Care

Weekend and evening Opportunities

Administer intravenous (IV) infusions, medications, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and review of medical histories.

Maintain accurate medical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning, medication adjustments, and ongoing care needs.

Ensure aseptic techniques and infection control practices are strictly followed to maintain patient safety.

Valid RN nursing license in good standing with TN state licensing board.

Minimum (1) year documented experience in home Infusion required with: Experience with peripheral lines, PICC, central lines, port access and basic lab draw required.

Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), IV infusion techniques, and infection control are required; additional certifications such as wound care or dialysis are a plus.

Critical care experience or ICU background highly preferred; experience in hospital medicine or emergency medicine is advantageous.

Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, individuals with disabilities.

Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
