Optometrist (Temporary)

FocusVision is seeking a caring Optometrist to provide temporary coverage during an upcoming maternity leave from October through January. What you’ll do In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive eye exams, evaluate patients’ visual needs, diagnose and manage eye health concerns, and recommend treatment plans, prescriptions, or follow‑up care as needed. You’ll partner closely with the practice team to help patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit. This is a great opportunity for a doctor who enjoys quickly building rapport, stepping into an established clinical setting, and keeping the patient experience running smoothly. Whether you’re helping with routine vision care or supporting patients with ongoing eye health needs, your presence will help the practice continue delivering thoughtful, high‑quality care. The schedule is highly flexible, with options for one to two days per week, select fill‑in dates, partial‑day coverage, or another arrangement that best fits your availability.
