Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
We're seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and self-driven LVN to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering top-tier home health services and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you!
Provide direct care and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers
Apply critical thinking to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes
Active California LVN license
Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience (home health preferred)
Valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
