As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, helping create an outstanding ownership experience while building long-term customer relationships.

Greet customers promptly and professionally

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs

Prepare repair orders and service estimates

Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations

Communicate repair progress and updates throughout the service process

Review completed repairs and invoices with customers

Maintain accurate documentation and service records

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery

Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business

Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

Strong sales and relationship-building abilities

Basic computer proficiency
