Business Immigration Attorney- Remote

To support a growing practice, the full-time Business Immigration Attorney will manage immigration casework, provide strategic legal counsel, and liaise with clients while working either onsite in Chicago or remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and file immigration cases, including H-1B, I-140, and I-485

Consult with clients and guide them through immigration processes

Mentor paralegals and ensure the quality and consistency of casework within assigned teams

Required qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admittance to the State Bar

1-3 years of related experience, with proficiency in PERM and employment-based visas

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools

Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on exceptional client service
