Shift / Schedule: Friday Sunday, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Job Summary
This role will be working outside. A dependable and customer-focused Cart Attendant is sought to support the daily operation of the company UTV fleet. This role is responsible for issuing and receiving UTVs, maintaining accurate checkout records, inspecting carts for damage, and coordinating maintenance needs with the Fleet Maintenance team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is organized, and provides excellent customer service while ensuring fleet accountability. This position plays an important role in ensuring the fleet of UTVs remains organized, accountable, and available to support daily operations across the site. This position will require a DBIDS Badge.
Key Responsibilities

Check UTVs in and out to authorized employees and visitors.
Verify and collect required personal information during the checkout process.
Maintain accurate records of UTV usage and assignments.
Perform visual inspections of carts before and after each use.
Document and report any damage, maintenance concerns, or operational issues to the Fleet Maintenance team.
Ensure carts are returned on time and parked in designated locations.
Monitor the cleanliness and overall condition of the UTV fleet.
Assist with basic fleet organization and staging of UTVs for daily operations.
Provide friendly and professional customer service while enforcing fleet checkout procedures.
Follow all safety policies and operational guidelines.
Required Skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience with fleet operations, equipment checkout, or inventory management.

Education Requirements

~ High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience

~ Previous customer service, fleet, equipment, or administrative experience preferred.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight.
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
