Bathroom Installer / Remodeling Technician
Bath Fitter, America's leader in 1-day bathroom remodeling, is growing our installation team! We're looking for a skilled and motivated Installer / Remodeling Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and is ready to build a long-term career.
If you have carpentry skills, basic plumbing experience, and enjoy hands-on work, this is your opportunity to join a stable, high-earning team with room for growth.
Travel to customer homes to complete professional installations
Perform detailed finishing work, including caulking and sealing
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and job site
Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and a great customer experience
Carpentry and/or remodeling experience (required)
Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
Ability to lift heavy or awkward materials
85,000+ per year Top performers can earn up to $100,000+ Full-time, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs) Paid training Quarterly bonus opportunities Company vehicle and all tools provided Health insurance + 401(k) Paid holidays and vacation
