Lead Cook Lead with Heart in a Mission-Driven Kitchen

At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Lead Cook, you coordinate daily food production while ensuring meals meet quality, portion, and service standards. You help guide kitchen operations to deliver safe, consistent dining experiences.
Support daily shift supervision in absence of Executive Chef or Dining Service Coordinator
Monitor food storage, rotation (FIFO), and inventory controls
Enforce food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
Maintain clean, organized kitchen and work areas
You play a key role in food quality, regulatory compliance, and kitchen efficiency.
