Senior Business Immigration Attorney - PERM

Leading the corporate immigration practice remotely, the full-time Senior Business Immigration Attorney will manage enterprise client relationships, drive business development, and build a legal team while ensuring the growth and profitability of the practice.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the corporate immigration practice, handling H-1B, L-1, PERM, and related employer-immigration matters
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth and program management
Recruit, mentor, and hold attorneys accountable to high standards in consultations and case production
Required qualifications
J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
10+ years of employer-side immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, and PERM categories
Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships and legal teams
Strong professional network in HR, Legal, or People Ops circles
Ambition to build and lead a practice rather than merely staffing one
