Manufacturing Engineer

Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations

Troubleshoot process disruptions, quality issues, and production bottlenecks

Improve workflow, ergonomics, material presentation, and process layouts

Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Facilities teams

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline

• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering or production support experience
• Experience within high-volume manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment environments preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor
• Spanish language skills are a plus
