FULL TIME Associate Attorney

Pitt McGehee Palmer Bonanni & Rivers PC is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney.

The Associate Attorney will litigate in state and federal courts, investigate and develop new cases, and collaborate with our team in every aspect of our work. This role is ideal for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience.

Drafting complaints, briefs, and other legal documents in state and federal courts

Interviewing potential clients, conducting legal research, and developing facts and legal theories for new cases

Case management from initial intake through all stages of litigation

Managing discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, supervising and reviewing production, ensuring discovery compliance from opposing counsel, and motion practice

Coordinating client outreach and managing client records for class actions and other multi-plaintiff cases

Building and supporting strong client relationships

Collaborating with our team in all aspects of litigation and case development as needed

JD from an ABA-accredited law school

Outstanding legal research and writing skills

Outstanding time management and project management skills

Demonstrated commitment and passion for the advancement of social justice and equal rights for all

Two to five years of legal work experience post-law school

Prior state or federal court litigation experience

eDiscovery experience

This is a full-time paid position. The position is open to begin immediately or by mutual agreement.
