As a Homeowners Insurance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be helping individuals and families protect their most valuable asset – their home. You will focus exclusively on selling and servicing homeowners insurance policies, guiding customers through coverage options, and building long-term relationships based on trust and expertise. Manage Policies: Oversee new homeowners insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and supplemental (DIC or wrap-around) coverage to ensure complete client protection.
Develop Referral Networks: Build and sustain a strong network of referral partners (contractors, real estate professionals, public adjusters, etc) to drive consistent new business growth.
Guide clients through policy details – terms, coverages, exclusions, and premiums – ensuring they understand their choices and feel confident in their protection.
Meet and exceed sales and retention goals while tracking key performance metrics and providing regular reporting.
Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- 2+ years of experience in homeowners / property insurance (sales, servicing, underwriting or policy quoting)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- The pay range disclosed reflects a good faith estimate of total compensation for full-time employees, at time of hire. This compensation package includes base pay, commission, bonuses, and all applicable incentives earned by employees. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, with the base pay and commission structure aligned to company policies and applicable pay transparency requirements.
