Registered Nurse for Hospice Care
Bristol Hospice Hawaii
Bristol Hospice in Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking an Admissions Nurse responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and referral sources within the community. The ideal candidate will ensure hospice care needs are met and facilitate communication for care coordination.
The position requires a current RN license and at least one year of nursing experience. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to empathize with the needs of patients.
