Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited post-graduate training program in anatomic and clinical pathology
Current, valid and unrestricted license to practice pathology medicine in any state, territory or commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
Board Certified by the ABPATH or the AOCPATH in clinical and anatomical pathology
Full-time pathology services for at least 12 of the prior 18 months or previous or current participation in a hospital-affiliated residency or clinical fellowship
