Junior Corporate Associate Attorney Responsibilities Advise startups and emerging growth companies on corporate matters and transactions
Support seed, venture capital, growth equity, and private equity financings
Assist with M&As, public offerings, and underwritings
Draft and review transaction documents
Work alongside senior attorneys and clients throughout the deal process
Qualifications JD (2024/2025 class)
Experience with growth equity or private equity
Experience with startups, emerging companies, and venture capital clients
Admission to state bar preferred
