Seasonal Part-Time Porter

As a Part Time Porter, you’ll be essential to the daily upkeep and appearance of our 101-unit community. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the building’s common areas, contributing to a safe, well-maintained, and inviting environment for all residents and visitors.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in the resident experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all shared spaces. Complete requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
Maintain floors, vacuum carpets and rugs, wash and wax hard surfaces, and clean tile grout.
Wash walls, doors, and windows in shared areas.
Monitor and restock sanitary and cleaning supplies to maintain proper inventory levels.
Support seasonal upkeep tasks, including snow removal and grounds maintenance.
Assist in inventory control of janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the community with a positive and courteous attitude.

In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
1–2 years of janitorial, cleaning, or porter experience in residential or commercial settings.

• Snow removal and landscaping experience a plus.
• Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ability to complete daily assignments with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Personal standards of appearance and dress compatible with the Company’s standards.
