This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, providing exceptional patient service while honing your phlebotomy skills. Draw blood samples from patients in a safe, efficient, and professional manner, including pediatric and geriatric patients

Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures

Maintain accurate records and documentation of collections and procedures

Demonstrate leadership qualities by focusing on process excellence and patient sensitivity

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping as required

Maintain reliable transportation to and from the worksite and be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections

Strong customer service skills

Keyboard and data entry experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

High school diploma or equivalent required

Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)

Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed

Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to full-shift coverage

If currently a student, shift schedule must not conflict with school commitments
