Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are at the heart of Cantex. Job Summary The overall purpose of the Receptionist position is to provide secretarial and clerical support to the Administrator. This position may provide receptionist, clerical, and/or data input services for the business and/or administrative departments.
Qualifications A high school diploma is necessary.
Typing skills of 40 wpm or more are required.
A working knowledge of common office machines (calculator, copy machine, facsimile, and typewriter) is required.
Computer skills/Kronos.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
Answers telephone, receives/delivers telephone messages.
May pull daily hours from the Kronos system / report labor to corporate office.
Maintains office supply inventories in accordance with Facility budget.
May process, copy and submit invoices for payment to Home Office.
Has reviewed Cantex Continuing Care Networks Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention and knows the employees responsibility to enforce it.
Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety.
