Imperial Brady has a Director of Operations role available in Jessup, Maryland!

The Operations Manager will oversee both local and cross-dock operations. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in high-volume distribution, change management, team development, and supporting high-performance teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating ambiguity and driving business initiatives that support our rapid growth and operational excellence.

Full-Time Salary: $160,000 to $170,000 per year

Take responsibility for all warehouse and delivery operations.
manage annual budgets, KPI targets, weekly performance reviews, and operational adjustments.
Lead safety, security, and regulatory compliance initiatives for inspections required by all Federal, State, and local guidelines; host local, state, and federal inspections, including DOT, OSHA, FDA, and DEP.
Partner with Branch Managers and Regional leadership to resolve customer and vendor service issues.
Collaborate with the Sales team to align products and services with customer needs.
Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and career development planning.
Ensure coaching and corrective actions are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

10+ years of progressive operations or warehouse management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role with large teams or multi-site responsibility.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or equivalent experience is required.
Strong experience with WMS and ERP systems, and business tools (Microsoft Office and BI platforms).
Experience with process improvement or Six Sigma Certification is a big plus.
Union environment experience a plus.
Experience managing multiple unit operations.
