⚠️ Primary responsibility will be SCRUBBING complex cardiac cases
Required Experience
~3–5 years recent CVOR experience
~ Strong experience in both:

• Scrubbing
• Circulating

Required Surgical Case Experience
Candidates must have recent experience with:

• CABG (Primary & Redo)
• Aortic Aneurysm Repairs
• AVR (Aortic Valve Replacement)
• MVR (Mitral Valve Replacement)

✅ TAVR

✅ ECMO

✅ VAD

• Complex Thoracic Procedures
• Complex Vascular Procedures

Pediatric cardiac experience is a plus but not required.
Certifications
Required
~ BLS (AHA only)

Preferred

~ CNOR

Call Required
Overtime may be required

Strong critical-thinking and multitasking ability
Comfortable working in a research-focused cardiac surgery environment
Strong team player

Time-Off Policy

• ️ Any requested time off must be disclosed before submission.
• ️ Approved RTO must be added to the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 working weeks.

• Strong open-heart scrub experience
• Comfortable with high-acuity cardiac procedures
• Flexible with call and overtime
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
