This position provides support and assistance with personal care. Assists patient in functioning in their home setting and encourages independence when possible. Maintains safe, healthy environment for patients by completing assigned tasks on the Home Care Aide Plan of Care.Schedule:Full-time, day shift8:00am - 4:30pmWeekend & holiday rotationOn the road - Hampden/Hampshire county (mileage reimbursement)Baystate Home Health and Hospice interdisciplinary care teams consist of experienced nurses, therapists, social workers, home health aides, spiritual and bereavement counselors, and volunteers. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.
