Oncology Care Registered Nurse Travel

Registered Nurse – Oncology in Ukiah, California, United States. This travel assignment starts 08/31/2026 for a 13-week duration, with 40 guaranteed hours per week on a 4x10-day schedule. Weekly pay ranges from $1,981 to $2,164 per week. The role is in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting and supports outpatient oncology care within a hospital-based environment. Rotating day shifts are required.

• Contract duration: Shift: 4x10s; day shift with rotating days
• Short Term Acute Care Hospital with outpatient oncology services

Deliver coordinated nursing care for oncology patients in an outpatient/clinic setting, following established standards of care and the nursing process

• Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines; Prepare patients, rooms, and equipment for procedures; assist physicians with minor procedures; Develop and implement patient care plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to achieve outcomes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, healing, and patient-centered care; Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care; delegate and coordinate duties of the healthcare team; Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of practice (California)
• Oncology-specific certification (ONC/ONCC-CHIM) required; Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification or active membership required
• Experience: 2–3 years of recent oncology experience
• Technology: EPIC electronic medical record experience
• Additional: Ability to work in outpatient/clinic settings within a hospital system; day shift with rotating schedule; 24/7 recruiter and travel support
