Maintenance Person - Part Time

Status: Part-time (10-15 hours per week expected)

Reports To: Director of Operations

It has also been continuously named the most awarded winery in Texas. Position Summary Responsible for general maintenance at Messina Hof Hill Country including the lawn, gardens, and facilities. Mows, pulls weeds, repairs structures, and maintains the interior and exterior of buildings.

Hands‑on involvement in most facets of grounds operation including mowing, edging, weeding, hedging, garden work, and landscaping

Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes

Apply fertilizer to grounds to enhance growth

Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger

Assist in painting, cleaning, and other exterior upkeep

Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping

Assist in the general interior upkeep of facilities including repairs, cleaning, and preventative or planned maintenance

Qualifications Experience in general maintenance

Perform frequent manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and other physical activities
