Operations Manager
Location: The Greater Danbury Area, Onsite
Salary: $120,000-$140,000

Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:
Lead all plant operations, including production, quality assurance, purchasing, and logistics
Develop operational strategies supporting productivity, safety, and cost-efficiency
Monitor production KPIs (throughput, yield, downtime, on-time delivery) and drive improvements
Manage manufacturing schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for production issues
Develop and monitor operational budgets and capital expenditures
Qualifications for the Operations Manager:
At least 5 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain management in a managerial/leadership capacity
Must have manufacturing experience
Strong people management and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 suite
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central a plus)
