Our Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team. APP

NICU

medical management team, under the supervision of Neonatology attending physicians. APP

maintain continuing medical education; High-risk deliveries and perform resuscitation

Develop daily plan of care, prescribe diagnostic strategies and therapeutic interventions

Manage pre/post-operative care

Collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Communicate with patient/family/staff to promote continuity of care

Assist with education of residents/students

NICU , regional referral center

Fast-paced high acuity setting, including surgical service

Delivery service of 2500 babies per year

Approximately 40 percent of deliveries are high-risk

24/7 neonatologist coverage

Flexible self-scheduling (12 and 24 hour shifts)
