Schedule: Monday- Friday | 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM

Pay Rate: $16-$19 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter to join our team in Marietta, GA . This role is ideal for someone with a background in Human Resources, staffing, or recruiting who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping connect candidates with the right job opportunities.

The Recruiter will be responsible for supporting daily hiring operations by screening candidates, conducting interviews, verifying documentation, and maintaining strong communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Interview and screen candidates for open positions

Manage inbound calls and respond to applicant inquiries in a timely manner

Make outbound calls to candidates to schedule interviews and follow up

Complete onboarding paperwork and ensure proper documentation is collected

Perform I-9 verification and ensure compliance with hiring requirements

Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems

Support recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates through job boards and referrals

Provide excellent customer service to applicants and internal team members

Qualifications

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or a related field required

Strong communication and phone skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Comfortable conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications

Knowledge of basic HR processes (onboarding, documentation, compliance)

Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
