We review all applications.York Plaza is seeking a professional full-time Maintenance Technician II to join their team in Edina, MN. The Maintenance Technician II is an entry-level maintenance role responsible for assisting with routine property maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks under close supervision. This role supports the Maintenance Technician I and Maintenance Lead by performing basic maintenance duties, assisting with apartment turns, and learning property systems, tools, and procedures. The Maintenance Technician II is expected to develop technical skills over time and grow into a more independent maintenance role.Working Hours: FT40, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with a scheduled lunch period. Property office hours may vary from property to property.
